I am born and raised in Los Angeles, California in the heart of Hollywood. Being in a creative environment in California, where new age and spirituality and the quest for transormation was if not the norm, certainly normal.

In my twenties, I started on a path of understanding myself beyond traditional therapies. Standard psychoanalysis seemed transparent and underwhelming to reveal life’s biggest mysteries and the questions I think we all want answered — Why am I here? What is my purpose? What do I do? Why do I do what I do? When does life happen? Who are these people that I am surrounding myself? 

And so a quest began, exploring realms of the new age world, dipping my toes in spiritual living, starting a daily yoga and meditation practice, and getting to know myself, my habits, my wants and needs, my patterns of behavior. It all comes together from an astrological mind.
